Our website address is: https://simple-care.co.uk. Simple Care is a care company lead platform. Your inquiries are shared with our care partners to then get in contact with you. We do the hard work of vetting each company, making sure they are CQC compliant and assess their services and testimonials. Only them we on board them on our platform for a membership fee. 

Who we share your data with

We share you data form the contact from with your care partners. By completing the contact form with your name, email, location, mob number and disclosing your care requirement we vet each application and share the your information with our partners. Each partner has their own Privacy Policy and data protection process which we check and agree too. Your data is passed to our partners and they have the right to only contact you regarding the inquiry and not for any other marketing. We have contracts in place with our partners stating the terms of using data collected form Simple Care. 

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

How long we retain your data
